This company policy includes the measures we are actively taking to mitigate the spread of Coronavirus. You are kindly requested to follow all these rules diligently, to sustain a healthy and safe musical theatre and dance school in this unique environment. It is important that we all respond responsibly and transparently to these health precautions. We assure you that we will always treat your private health and personal data with high confidentiality and sensitivity.
Theatre Academy Studios Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy is susceptible to changes with the introduction of additional governmental guidelines. Clients should ensure they are up to date with current guidance by regularly visiting www.gov.uk
Policy Elements
Here, we outline the required actions that we all should take to protect ourselves and others from a potential Coronavirus infection.
If you or a member of your household have cold symptoms, such as cough/sneezing/fever, or feel poorly, please do not attend TA Studios. Please contact Tilly Ford on her telephone or [email protected] we may follow current governmental guideline to notify staff and families if necessary in line with the current guidance.
Staff should contact Tilly via telephone.
If you have a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, you can return to Theatre Academy studios classes only after you’ve fully recovered having followed the current government guidelines detailing self-isolation timescales which may be subject to change.
General Hygiene Rules
Students are to line up 2 meters apart outside the main entrance of the woodlands centre where they will be met by their teacher.
Students are to enter the corridor one at a time applying hand gel and leaving their personal belongings in the main hall.
Students are to enter the hall and stand in their allocated space as directed by their teacher.
Upon leaving the studio students are to apply hand gel again.
Students are to then exit via the main entrance keeping two meters apart, parents to stay outside in the carpark.
Students are to wash their hands after using the toilet.
Adults mustn’t enter the building and must wait outside for their children.
The toilets, door handles and studio surfaces will be regularly wiped by Theatre Academy Studios staff.
Windows will be opened in the studio to provide ventilation.
